Place ½-1½ teaspoons of cleanser in your palm. Apply oil to dry face, using fingertips to gently massage into skin. Continue for 1-2 mins. Use a damp, warm washcloth to gently wipe away excess oil. Take care not to press too hard or scrub at skin. Rinse with warm water to retain some oil on the skin. Pat dry with a towel and apply a moisturiser if needed.

Essential oils: Lavandula (Lavender), Santalum album (Sandalwood), Pelargonium (Geranium), Chamaemelum nobile (Roman chamomile), Cananga odorata (Ylang ylang).

Sweet Almond Oil
As a source of vitamin A, sweet almond oil can stimulate the production of new skin cells, thus smoothing fine lines. Also high in omega-3 fatty acids which safeguard against sun damage and slows premature ageing.
Ylang Ylang Essential Oil
Salicylic acid is naturally found in ylang-ylang and is known to gently exfoliate the skin, making way for new, healthier skin cells.
Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
With regular use, roman chamomile helps to repair broken capillaries (thread veins).
