This is how it works: Once you place your order online it can take us between 1 – 2 working days to process your order. The first working day is the following day that the order is placed. Working days exclude weekends of course.
Although we do our very best to ensure all orders placed are picked, packed and dispatched within 2 working days of when they are ordered, there are times when this may not be possible. Especially during busy times of the year, like Christmas time. We ask that you please understand and rather order early to avoid a possible delayed shipment.
Only after processing your order will your parcel be dispatched and the estimated shipping time will start, which will be between 2 – 3 working days (3 – 5 working days for Regional areas). At this point, you will also be provided with a tracking number via email that allows you to check the status of your shipment. You will also receive additional emails regarding any change in the delivery status of your package.
Our service couriers will deliver your parcel at your requested address and you or someone you know will have to sign for it. Making sure you receive your awesome products!
Online orders will be processed from 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday (Working days). We are closed on public holidays. Should you try to contact us outside of our working hours we will contact you as soon as possible on the next working day.
Events beyond our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to:
- Strikes or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.
- Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disasters.
- Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.
- Acts of government or regulatory bodies.
- Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.
Note that we only ship to locations within South Africa.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale, please ensure you return them to us within 21 days of receiving them. Please pack it in a sealed box with protective packing material and include a note to tell us why you are sending it back. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receiving the products on our side.
In the case of products being damaged or not matching the description, we will pay for the additional postage costs of returning the products back to us, provided that we recieve a copy of your shipping receipt.
If you are cancelling your order because you’ve changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods (if the goods have already been dispatched). You must notify Tameless in writing of your cancellation (email@example.com) and any such cancellation notice must be provided by the person who placed the order with us and must be communicated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The relevant goods must be returned to us, at your own cost, unopened, unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
If the goods are returned as set out, you will receive a full refund within 30 calendar days of our receipt of the returned goods (provided that you have made your bank details available to us).
